In 2006, SBS Broadcasting Group acquired Radio Veselina, leading to the rebranding of Veselina TV to The Voice TV in October 2006. Initially featuring a mix of music videos and content from other SBS channels, the channel has shifted its focus in recent years to produce more original content.

Presently, The Voice TV Bulgaria airs music videos throughout most of the day and has original programs like "Na Zhivo," a daily live music show, "The Voice Backstage," offering a behind-the-scenes look at The Voice of Bulgaria, and "The Voice Cast," featuring interviews with coaches and contestants.
Other programs include "Teen Boom Fest," a music festival for teenagers, and "TV Airplay Chart TOP30," a countdown of the most popular music videos in Bulgaria. The channel is available on satellite and cable TV across Bulgaria and can be streamed online through its website and app.
It also has a sister radio station, The Voice Radio & TV Bulgaria. Plans include an emphasis on local production, including a new season of The Voice of Bulgaria scheduled for 2024, and the launch of a new music talent show for young people.
