World TV (世界電視台) is a non-profit television station that was founded in 2004 by Chen Cai-chiong, who also founded Huazang TV. World TV broadcasts in Mandarin and Taiwanese, and its programming focuses on promoting traditional Chinese culture and values. World TV's programming includes news, current affairs, religious programs, children's programming, and cultural programs. The channel also broadcasts a number of educational programs, including lectures and documentaries.
